Using the highest quality prep-reg carbon fibre, our tips are made in aluminium machined moulds which are finished in an autoclave. The tips are made to complement Kline exhaust systems but will also fit stock exhaust!
Carbon fibre reinforced polymer has an extremely high tensile strength to weight ratio, surpassing that of all metals. Extremely light weight and high tensile strength components can be moulded to almost any shape. We exclusively use aerospace, and formula 1 grade pre-preg carbon fibre, cured in an autoclave at high pressure and temperature, to achieve the lightest and strongest carbon fibre for the most extreme conditions.
